Cosrx Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser is specially formulated for problem skin. The cleansing foam is formulated with salicylic acid to remove dirt and makeup while exfoliating dead skin cells and removing blackheads and unclogging pores. The foam is very gentle, but at the same time effective.

Salicylic acid is a BHA (beta hydroxy acid) and is therefore a chemical form of exfoliation. BHAs are fat soluble. They not only work on the surface of the skin, but also penetrate deeper and unclog pores and treat blemishes. This is why BHAs are preferred for those with normal to oily and blemished skin. BHAs have natural skin-soothing properties as well as anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects and can therefore benefit those prone to redness and rosacea.

Key Ingredients:

• Salix nigra (willow) bark extract: Naturally contains a substance that is a relative of salicylic acid, plus flavonoids and phenolic acids, which are responsible for its soothing, antiseptic properties.
• Betaine: An amino acid derived from sugar beets. It has protective, moisturizing properties of the skin and has a positive effect on the balance between cells and water in the skin.

How to Use:

1. Apply a small amount with clean hands to wet face and neck.
2. Gently massage the skin.
3. Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft, clean towel.
