1. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Then the shipping usually takes between 6-10 business days because we ship directly from South Korea.

2. How much does shipping cost?

• Shipping is free for all orders above $50.
  
• For orders below $50 the shipping is $10.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer 14-day easy returns. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.

Yes! If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll issue a full refund — no hassle.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
